I want to join a sorority this fall at MSU but I'm not big into drinking and partying. Should I stil rush?

Yes you should, Greek life is about so much more than partying and drinking. And anyways those are two topics that aren't even allowed to be discussed during recruitment.

You need to consider what a big part of the social aspect of sorority life at MSU. While there are sisterhoods and philanthropy events, pledge classes usually get close by attending socials together. If you're up for going sober that's completely fine, but most of your pledge sisters will be out 3 nights a week.
