by: lolwhat fraternity has the most potential moving into the fall semester?

I have lived in EL my entire life. I am apart of the Greek community and my unbiased option is that Psi Upsilon has the most potential. Due to their convention, their house looks brand new and beautiful. Also with their success with philanthropy the past couple of years and 90+ brothers, Greek Life can expect to hear/see more positive improvements/actions on campus by this brotherhood!

I live on grand river and there has been construction at their house all the time this summer.

Completely agree, they went from being nothing 3 years ago to a middle/upper-middle house.
