What fraternity has the best house? For instance best basement? Best backyard? And so on.

Best backyard is def ATO. Its huge and has a fire escape and deck and large court. Too bad thats the only good thing about them tho

The most frat looking houses are Sig Chi, Delt Sig, Psi U, and Sig Ep because let's admit it, they look the best from the outside. The best basement, without question, is Delt Sig...love the stripper pole!! The best platform is Sig Ep cuz best photo op!!! The best party room was ATO, but they are gone, so now it's Figi and the jet ski!!
