I would put SK as number 3 on its own because they're definitely not on par with zeta, theta and kd but not as nasty as DG and AZD

I would say as far as socials, SK is higher than KD, but in other aspects (like sisterhood) KD is better so it depends on what you're ranking on

This is spot on ranking. If you want to party a lot with the hot guys and have a lot of girl drama in the house, then try and get into one of the top tier houses. Otherwise, if you want to be part of a house with genuine classy girls who care about their grades, philanthropy, leadership and kindness, then definitely go for the second tier. You won't regret it!
