isn't ATO kicked off though? and i would put phi psi in lower middle with alpha sigs. BZ doesn't really count either

you can't put these houses on the same line because there's a huge difference in their popularity/hotness

Both dictate rank... All the rank is if they actually have good enough looking guys that girls want to hangout with. another factor is if they go to places where girls can make their friends jealous on instagram: pistons games, red wings, canada, ski weekend, closed rush, semi formal, formal, ect. If you have the money to throw down then you will be able to do all these things.

Honestly, I keep seeing SAE on the top list. Ive been Greek for 3 years. Been here before they were here. They were super hyped last year when they were new. But I see that fizzling out quickly. They're very basic and not special at all. I see them plummeting fast and hard.

Any house that has to COB in spring .... Really ????truth reveals too many girls dropped their house and their house needed more girls ! It's simple math people.

It's not necessarily in order, just by tier.
I can maybe agree with switching axo and theta, but not sae and snu lol. Snu is def not top 3
