They didn't have spring rush. If you're talking about COB then that's something all top houses had and that's nothing like spring rush. You're either deliberately trying to throw shade on Phi or you're a geed if you really didn't know that.

Not all top houses did. COB is just another name for "spring rush" that top houses use just so they don't have to go through the embarrassment of saying "spring rush". It's the same thing because long sorry short you need girls to fill up spots. So they they recruited girls in the spring, which equals spring rush.

COB is not something all top houses do. Top houses call it COB and try to make it low key just so they don't have to say spring rush.
