Honestly, based on spring and fall 11...

theta/phi tied at the top- just LOOK at their new girls- smokeshows

xo/axo- used to be the top two but axo is on probo and xo has lost their touch since 07

kappa- they always get the same type of girls, if you're into them then they are great, if not then you don't pay much attention
