In all honesty with no petty insults: what are pi phi, AOII, and SDT bottom tier? Have you actually had a genuine conversation with a handful of these girls?

They're bottom tier because all the other sororities are better than them. It's not that anything is necessarily wrong with these houses but the fact remains, all the other sororities are better, putting these three at the bottom. It's that simple.

they aren't as big and tend to get the leftovers in recruitment, they don't have as strong of relations with prominent fraternities on campus and their philanthropy events aren't as popular. On a superficial level, they aren't as pretty
