why won't most sororities take upperclassmen?

Cause theyre gonna graduate soon. Hard to initiate someone into a pledge class thats gonna be a few years older than most of them and will be outa there before they can get involved

Because Greek Life is a business. Why would a house take an upperclassmen who will pay dues for only two or three
years when they can take a freshman who will be giving them money for at least four years?
