the ones who did not meet member quota in fall so probably aopi, sdt, pi phi and maybe g phi? top tiers do not.

it can be a range...some only take 2 or 3, some take 6-8...it all depends on how many girls they need to fill quota.

It actually depends on how many the house needs to get to campus total and only the houses that aren't at campus total do spring recruitment
