Phi - Gorgeous girls, pretty diverse, laid back, bro out type of girls yet girly at the same time. Their dressing style is mostly preppy chic. Considered number 1 and did really well Fall 14.

Chi O - Popular girls, pretty hot, really peppy spirit, vary greatly from some being big partiers and others not nearly as social, their dressing style is Preppy bohemian. Considered number 2 but kind of going down hill after Fall 14

Kappa - Mostly brunettes, kind of random but good looking girls. Have improved a lot over the years. Similar to xo in terms of being social. Their dressing style is very chic. They had the third best Fall 14 but I heard they lost a lot of girls (that's hearsay so don't quote me on that).

AXO - Very laid back, fun girls, kind of hippie type, not very typical sorority girl and their dressing style is Bohemian hippie. Did really well Fall 14 and definitely moving uphill

Theta - Also very diverse, kind of plain jane types, i'm not sure how to describe their dressing style.. casual is the best way. After consecutive average/bad pledge classes, Theta moved down to tier 2 this year.

Zeta - Has improved a lot and could be tier 1 in a few years if they keep it up. They stole a lot of girls from tier 1 houses this year and seem to have a very close sisterhood. Like to party and their dressing style is definitely like the typical sorority girl
