Fiji almost lost there house. How far would they drop without one? MSU greek life is based so much on housing it's horrible. Case in point: go back, and check the rankings a year ago, and lambda mixed with KD, SK, Theta, pretty much everyone, and was the 5/6th best house on campus. Now they moved to the other side of campus, and drop to 10th below psi u and bz? These rankings are petty. Should be delt sigs, sig ep, lambda in the middle tier.

You mean these rankings are based on who the bimbo comm majors in sororities currently have the hots for. You can have fun and good looking guys, but if you don't have a house (plus a good rep) then you're a sinking ship on this campus. Moving across campus can't result in that much of a bad rush. Maybe if moving puts you near other houses, but not simply moving from house to house.

lol you mad bro? Of course the rankings are based on who sorority girls like, just like it is the other way. Putting sorority girls down isn't going to make you or your house more likable. You can complain and make excuses all day but it doesn't change the fact that the guys in the house are the main determinant. SAE was always ranked pretty high even though they just got a house and that's because they always had hot guys and sorority girls liked them. Sig Ep was considered upper middle tier/lower top tier until they got shut down by their nationals and lost their house, yet they were able to come back 2 years later, had to move to a new house but kept most of the same guys and so they're still considered top middle tier.
So really the only thing that truly matters is having guys who're fun and good looking. Your house and where its located isn't going to change the hotness or how fun and likable the guys in the house are.

Completely accurate for both fraternities and sororities. The ones on the same level mix a lot too. good job

The rankings are based on how fun and good looking the guys are in those houses. It is possible that moving to a bad spot on campus can result in getting weird guys who're not as good looking. That just means you need to try harder during rush and recruit better guys.
