Bro, they're just a fallacy. It's like an imaginary friend, if you stop pretending it exists, they will go away.

Yeah they consider themselves a fraternity despite not being affiliated with IFC. So they aren't able to use the OX alum network or participate in any greek events (safe Halloween, Greek Week, etc.) but on the bright side they don't have to do philanthropy BS.

They still have a full social schedule, pledges, and they're doing a philanthropy football event with SAE. I still have fun at their house they're doing fine.

If they stay strong they might be able to get their chapter back in couple years. Sig ep got in trouble with their nationals for hazing and lost their chapter in 2011 but the brothers sticked together anyway and remained involved in greek life and they were able to get their chapter back like 2 years later. Maybe theta chi could do that too.
