by: CuriousSAE is currently THE Number 1 if not Top 3 Fraternity at MSU. I feel like they JUST got back to Campus. How were they able to rise up the ranks in just a few years WITHOUT having a house (they got it back this year).

Because Greek housing is so spread out over campus having a house, or nice house, isn't that important. Hence why Psi U has the nicest house on campus and is irrelevant or why Delt Sigs also has a gorgeous house but isn't considered top tier. House location and personality of your guys are much more important. And SAE had annex houses near M.A.C and the bars and a decent group of guys

Almost every sorority girl I've heard tells me more than half of their house are strange and awkward, nothing like the "athlete" house they pretend to be lol. Maybe if they had a pledge term they could fix that. Still won't compete with the East Side or Abbott frats.

in reality they are behind probably 4 or 5 houses. Pike Sigma Chi Fiji Snu and Lambda are better. I would put Sig Eps ahead as well. Way better that psi u though lol the fact that they have to troll psi u in order to make themselves feel better is embarrassing. Just not what a house anywhere near the top does.
