why the hate

I come from a smaller fraternity but is steadly growing and getting numbers. I just want to know why bigger houses (and some smaller) hate on the "lower tier" houses? Also why so much hate in the Greek community in general?

So basically why does everyone hate each other? Because a lot (not all) of the Greek community is insecure, and they don't feel comfortable with their house until they bring other ones down.
