In your opinion, what are the defining qualities that makes a fraternity or sorority top-tier? Money, looks, size? How much does the house play a role?

Don't forget the standard deviation from the median height of members. Should be relatively small.

It mostly depends on hotness and how social they are. There are many other things that makes a chapter good or bad but the most important thing is always how they look and how fun and social they are.

Hence why pike, sigma chi, phi, xo all have the best looking members and are most people's favorite houses for social events. They're fun and good looking!

if you're attractive and can pay your dues. state is a broke ass college, EVERY house -- even "top" tier -- is desperate for member$$$$$
