this is pretty damn accurate, psi u is a little high. other than that, spot on. Sig Chi is not going to be up there for too much longer

I'm in Psi U and I was walking down the road and noticed that the Phi Delts apparently did their rush at their new house (the SDT girls let them use it) and a lot of guys showed up. Not sure how they are though.

This was for their incoming pledge classes. Psi u has a really good pledge class this semester we saw that at our tailgate.

The only frats that consistently have 1 on 1's with top tier sorrorities are pike, sigma chi, SAE, SNU, and Fiji. I'm not saying other frats don't, but these are the only one that do for every social
