Comments:
Due to Theta not having a tier 1 worthy pledge class in over 4 years, they can't live off their reputation any long and officially belongs in middle tier.

XO went down this year and Kappa went up so that close the gap a little between those two houses but also widens the gap between xo and phi

KD has been doing better in the last couple years and zeta has remained the same so that puts them at about the same spot now.

Gphi dropped, SK did better than 2013, Piphi went way down, which is sad because they did really well last year, AXiD did decent, DG did the same.

I agree! It's also important to know which houses went up and down

Houses that went up: phi, kappa, sk, axid
Houses that went down: xo, piphi, gphi, dg
Houses that remained the same: axo, theta, zeta, kd, aopi, sdt

Isn't zeta a lot better than kd? During recruitment I heard a lot of girls talking about zeta. Like it was one of the popular houses but we all thought KD was more of an okay house, kind of like sk and gphi.
