honest opinion on phi delt
by: yeah....
they're still new and have a long way to go but looking at their progress, they have the potential to be middle or maybe even top tier in the near future. The cowley house is far and its dry but at least thats what it says on paper.... Their serenades have been very respectful and unique and I heard from people that the guys there are really cool. Very involved and did well in greek week.
Oh and reality is, you're definitely not upper middle let alone top tier as of now. Sorry.

I honestly don't think they can be middle or top tier in the near future. No one knows who they are, and serenades have nothing at all to do with social status here. Not sure how they can be successful with a dry house that is way far away from campus. Just my opinion, but I don't think phi delts realize how hard it is to move up the ranks here.

Having a mixer with middle or top tier sororities doesn't really mean anything. Almost all houses have at least one or two mixers with every house per semester. It's the big social events that count, such as closed rush, big two on two tailgates, St Patricks day mixer, ski weekend ect.

It depends on who they'll be having social events with this year. I heard they're doing stuff with GPhi, Zeta and Chi O.
