I've only seen XO, Phi, AXO and SK so far.

From these houses I would say it goes, Phi, XO, AXO, SK

nah i disagree with the original post, all of the top houses (phi chi o axo and kappa) did relatively the same... chi o being probably the least impressive

Phi easily had the hottest pledges
XO is downhill from previous years but I think they still did a little better than kkg.
Kappa has a few hotties but the rest are either average or below average
AXO did better than I expected
Theta did good enough to stay in the top 5
