Some girls really need to be bought back to the reality that wearing arbitrary letters from an ancient language does not make a person who they are and certainly not better than someone with a different set of arbitrary letters. Greek life is supposed to be a fun social club, anyone who hold their "tier" status as their sense of self worth is a complete loser and should reevaluate their friends/life. By the way, I'm in a "top tier" frat and joined because I was friends with some of the guys before

Greek life isn't about "social clubs." Letters mean a lot. You represent your organization.

Greek life is about meeting people and creating great friendships, aka "being social." If you're trying to tell me that you picked your perspective fraternity/sorority because of the ideals of that organization than you're a liar and/or in a really bad house. Every house in greek life preaches 95% of the same ideals.
