Brody was remodeled but all the classes are far as hell. Case & Holden are by far the best dorms for classes and tailgating.

holden is the last place I would want to be... and best for tailgating? no, a frat house is best for tailgating. It doesn't matter if the dorm is close to the stadium you still want to tailgate at pike sigma chi or fiji

south, specifically case was primo location for tennis courts during football + day to day ease of commute to classes. brody is a f-cking STRUGGLE when it's bitter cold and snowing. east isn't as bad of a hassle as brody but it is full of thugs. the highest concentration of birmingham/bloomfield girls was case

shaw is the best location but kinda boring for freshman. not the real rowdy experience you want.

south > brody >>>>>>>> east

case or wonders: hot girls, best location not named shaw, football and hoop freshman players live here as well.

brody: rowdy, remodel is dope and I'd rather live here than in Afghanistan/East Neighborhood (hubbard, homes, akers). friends can park at kellogg for the weekend when they visit. but the commute to class blows.

hubbard is east 7 mile status.
