Both Theta and AXO both had irrelevant pledge classes this year, but based on older girls alone, I'd put Theta above AXO

The sad thing is so many fraternities at msu don't even have houses right now. We have so many solid sororities but the fraternities need to get it together! When is sig ep and SAE getting a house? Also what about beta? What's going on with theta chi now and their house?
