Theta stands in a huddle at our socials. I can at least give the other houses listed credit for actually partying with us

^maybe cause your guys are boring. We had a social with theta and they were not boring at all. Not sure why others say they are.

From a guys perspective the hottest girls in axo blow the hottest girls in theta out of the water. Theta is very average and very boring while axo has some absolute smokes and loves to party

yeah axo has a few questionable girls but they have way more smoke shows and are overall more chill and fun to party with while thetas like to keep to themselves

Best depends on what you're looking for in a house. Not sure why this post turned into theta trying to estaish themselves as top tier when they rush majority of the same middle tier girls as the other chapters listed
