Theta > KD > Zeta > SK

Theta- best relationship with top frats but weaker pledge classes
KD- best sisterhood and recent pledge classes but a few unattractive ones
Zeta- most philanthropic but weaker recent pledge classes
SK- not even on the same level as the first 3. Socially, involvement, or looks wise

Theta kd and zeta are virtually the same level. Sk is definitely closer to gamma phi

To be honesty, I don't think that Theta should be grouped with these houses. Are they probably the worst of the top tier houses? yeah. But are they on the same level as KD, Zeta, and SK? No. Theta did most of their social stuff with Fiji and Sigma chi, both of which are top 3. these other houses have maybe one social with top frats a semester. I'm not saying they are the best house right now but really? we are comparing them to scrappa?

as someone in neither of the four i'd say KD. not top tier but have a overall good reputation, great sisterhood, and are on a upward rise. i honestly don't hear much about theta, if they were top tier they would at least be in conversation when comparing phi/xo/axo but they're not.

why is this even a question? Theta is so far above them and honestly no one cares to argue over middler tier sororities.
