kd has been doing better than theta but overall not surpassed yet. they're similar going into the fall

I understand pi phi. But many other posts talk about how down to earth and what a great sisterhood DG has... Therefore how do they have such a poor reputation? Those things should be what matters actually

DG stop trying to use "sisterhood" as an excuse to say you're not completely bottom tier. Nobody goes into rush wanting to be a DG. Sorry.

DG is definitely beter for sisterhood and pi phi is way more about having a good time. both just very different houses. Also. Just because a house is middle vs bottom tier, thats primarily how frats view them/what socials they get. So if you're not about that go with the house where you're cloeset with the girls

Not a chance! KD still has a good amount of big and dorky looking girls to make top tier. If anything I can see Theta dropping to middle tier but I still don't see anyone taking their spot.

As far as the eyes go, I see KD being more similar to Gphi, DG SK and AxiD. Too diverse to be top tier soon. Theta is boring and becoming average looking, but still has some dimes.

I don't think kd will make top just yet but if they have another good PC like fall 13 I think their chances will get better as for theta though I don't consider them too tier anymore their girls are ao boring and hard to talk to them at socials at least kds know how to party

I agree with the two comments above me. Theta might drop to middle tier after this year but I don't see anyone moving up a tier. Also KD is not a bad sorority by any means but it's a hard middle tier and Zeta is more likely to move up before KD. A quick Tumblr check will tell you that.

Theta is middle tier and kd is around their level. If they keep having strong pledge classes maybe in a couple years but as of now they're still tier 2. Zeta is another strong middle tier house who is good at hiding their less fortunate girls on social media but their pledge classes have been really weak
