I am a guy in a top fraternity and I honestly haven't seen them go downhill at all. I have way more fun with them than axo or xo. They arent better than xo or phi, but still right on the same level as axo and kappa in my opinion.

I'm also in a top fraternity. I don't know what people on this site are talking about. Theta didn't seem to drop at all this year, at least not lower than axo.

I guess there is no way to prove it but it's true. somebody, at some point, said "theta is getting worse" and everybody just jumped on the band wagon. I'm not in love with them, I don't think they are on the same level as phi and xo, but I dont see how where they have been going wrong.

Theta has def dropped from too tier I think kd will pass zeta and axo will pass kappa. Kappa is a train wreak
