updating houses
by: SupI see that everyone (looking at you Sigma Chi with the $1,000,000 dollar renovation) is getting there houses rebuilt/renovated. Can't wait to see what everyone looks like.

How? They are all stone, right from like the 20's. I actually believe all of them were built in the 20's/30's.

At least those 3 houses look like actual fraternity houses. Fiji, Sigma Chi, and Lambdas old house look like old apartment buildings.

House still looks like a converted apartment building on the outside and not a real fraternity house, like putting lipstick on a pig. Sae will actually be rebuilding part of the house so we will see how that turns out, lambdas new digs are going to be crappy. Wish el had better zoning so people could build some legit houses
