The post stating which houses are going uphill vs. downhill is totally irrelevant because all of the people claiming houses are going "downhill" are in the houses that are going "uphill" its all completely relative, but if you are going to join a house based on popularity-then join based off of the tiers because those directly affect those who they party with and who people have the most respect for. So, here are the real tiers - as unbiased as it gets.

It matters if houses are going uphill or downhill. Theta is listed as lower top but their last two pledge classes are terrible. If they do mediocre again this year another house has the potential to replace them. Same goes for sigma chi. Who wants to join a house that's getting progressively worse as the seniors graduate? Join a "top house" and graduate from a "tier 2"
