this is new but i can agree with it. pike ahead of the rest (true for now), sig chi didn't do too well and fiji did so about even.

Delt sig and Sig Ep are the definition of middle tier. Never do I hear someone raving about a delt sig/sig ep party or any top tier sorority or fraternity talk about them.

You are so right. To be honest in my eyes, they are literally the same fraternity. I couldn't tell you one difference between them. Epitome of average, never hear anything about them at all.

Lambda is worse. We do stuff with sig ep occassionaly but never lambda. lambda is worse than middle tier.

Sig Eps should be higher, top sororities love them, and they have one of the best looking houses

sig ep is average at best. top sororities do not love them. top sororites stay for 30 minutes then walk down the road to fiji/sigma chi
