Honestly, everyone sleeps on beta, they’re last 3-4 pledge classes have been very quality, all their brothers are very respectful and treat us girls like queens. They just hosted Matroda with SAE and are doing st this weekend with dke, psi u, delt sig, and sae, also they are hosting another dj with sae in 2 weeks which is 3 concerts in one semester. Not to mention redoing the interior of their house and running fetii and dyeislife. They’re easily becoming a top 3 house by next fall semester if they keep up what they’re doing.

Do you not realize that they only have these events because SAE knocks down their fence? Beta is a mid tier house. Rn I would say they are low mid but might surpass some of the other mid houses. Will not be top anytime soon.
