Pnms beware tho Fiji will likely be irrelevant next year and so will phi psi as they both will be homeless. Also keep in mind Theta Chi could still be in some trouble.

most realistic list tbh, would mention how dsig and asig (mass girl groupers 😬[only asig]) is definitely on the come down and would probably put aepi to mid

fiji is dead, phi psi homeless cause dchi is moving back in their house, and theta chi was just placed on interim suspension like 3 weeks so they are atleast gone for next 2 years
