All the sororities seem to know them because of their serenades not sure if they'll go far though.

Dry house when they move into SDT's, plus it is that far away... will not last long

Strong frat nationally and dry everywhere, but that has never stopped them. The SDT house is theirs and always has been. Expect that they will have regular parties and be creative with being a dry house! Great group of guys and I predict that they will do well.
