Won't necessarily will be number one always but right now yeah. They're uphill because fall 13 was better than fall 12 and fall 11 was strong too

I was going to say this. Apparently their house needs some serious structural renovations, like it's literally going to fall apart soon if they don't fix that place up. They have no money to use for these renovations and are in a tough situation financially. I have some good friends in Pike and they are for the most part a great group of guys, but internally there are some issues.

Some of the guys in that house might be loaded but that doesn't mean the house itself has money or alumni support. You some rich kids parents are donating a bunch of money to their kids fraternity? Probably not.
