Add Sig Ep to uphill and this is accurate. The uphill houses are ones you want to join. You can look around at houses that are going downhill or not listed but in the end, houses strive on trends. If a house is going downhill, that tends to be the trend for 3-4 years. Same goes for being an uphill house. All in all, this post is actually very relevant to PNMs so pay attention.
