fall recruitment

Going into fall 14… these are the rankings…
For sororities:
Alpha Phi
Chi O
Kappa
AXO
Theta
Zeta
Kappa Delta
Sigma Kappa
Gamma Phi
Pi Phi
AXiD
Delta Gamma
AOPi
SDT
I know some would say AXiD may be a little bit better than Pi Phi, but Pi Phi has a house and AXiD doesn't. That'll hurt them in recruitment. I don't care that AXiD may have 4 more attractive girls than Pi Phi does, it does not really matter.
For fraternities:
Pike
Sigma Chi
SNU
SAE
FIJI
Delt Sigs
Lambda
Sigma Pi
Delta Chi
I won't even list the rest because I honestly know nothing about them/hear nothing about them. Realistically the top 6, maybe top 7 fraternities party with top tier houses, but that may only be 2 or 3 times a year. Pike and Sigma Chi are far much better than the other houses and I think it is time we close that gap.

Zeta is way downhill solid middle tier. I can think of 6 houses that are easily equal or better

LOL yes. We actually laugh when we see zetas try to crash our one on ones with top tier frats and they do not know one soul in the fraternity and end up having to go back to their middle tier frat… hilarious.

Or… the top tier guys are too busy hanging out with their friends in phi, chi o, axo, kappa or theta that are more attractive than zetas so the guys don't even give them the time of day. I've seen it happen at derby days, tailgates, one on ones, etc.

zetas have that big of an ego that they think they're better than alpha phi… HAHA that'll be the day. there are at least 5 sororities better than y'all… maybe try beating theta (which isn't even that attractive for the record) before thinking you can jump to top spot. that's a joke. invest in some makeup remover, maybe some proactive and hit the gym? just a suggestion

I can speak for my fraternity that we think phi is top house because of their looks and their turn out for socials. Fun girls, other sorority girls give them hate but it's clear that it's out of jealousy of some sort or just sorority rivals who knows but it does not change the rankings in real life. The above rankings are true going into fall 14

A middle tier fraternity literally begged my sorority to do a social with them on one weekend and they said they would cancel on zeta in a heartbeat to have us over instead. Zeta's always talk about they are their "brother frat" hahah, little do they know those guys are doing anything they can to get top tier houses over there but have to settle for zeta when we are booked up with top tier fraternities.

You have got to be kidding me. Phi has been top house the past 3 years… Zeta is strictly middle tier, at least 5 houses that are MUCH better/more attractive
