When do the phone calls for no bid go out

I suicided a sorority and I’m wondering when the phone calls go out tonight for not getting a bid

people get calls starting tn and all the way to a few hours before bid day starts

When I didn’t get a bid in fall before COBing for spring (because I suicide bid), I got the call I kid you not 1 hour from bid day. Live laugh love fall 21
