lets be real, what really matters is social life when it comes to going greek, these are the tiers purely in terms of who does the best socially.

FIJI is higher than Sig Chi after this year

Pretty good list but I think SAE could be lower, SNU at 4 and Delt Sig at 5, you could also argue for Psi U being top 7 or so. Let's be real though, only houses that will matter this year are Pike, Sigma Chi, Fiji, SAE, SNU, Delt Sigs, and Sig Ep.

fiji has moved to 2 after this year in my opinion. I liked a lot of the older guys but they are gone now. Fiji's new classes are much better than sigma chi's

didn't need to make a top 13, the first 6 houses are the only relevant ones

with that being said I would put SNU over Delt Sigs and 2-4 could be flipped flop in anyway honestly depending on who you are (some might think FIJI over Sig Chi this year, others would think SAE over FIJI, etc.)

Psi U is getting better but bad location and still small
