going into this year this list is pretty clear and straight forward. list is based on attractiveness, how fun they are to party with, and classiness to some degree. i know everyone will freak out over where i put axid but from a dudes perspective (which is what matters) this is pretty accurate
1. Alpha Phi
2. Chi Omega
3. Kappa Kappa Gamma
4. Alpha Chi Omega
5. Kappa Alpha Theta
6. Zeta Tau Alpha
7. Kappa Delta
8. Alpha Xi Delta (tied)
8. Sigma Kappa (tied)
9. Gamma Phi Beta
10. Pi Beta Phi
11. Delta Gamma
12. Alpha Omicron Pi
13. Sigma Tau Delta

Seriously don't see much difference between SK, GPhi, DG or AXiD. They're all about the same. Seeing PiPhi a little lower tho.

I think this ranking could be accurate if you're talking about socials because I think In guys views that's the order of who you want to have socials with. Obviously that's why SK (great house but not as crazy of girls) is tied with AXiD (new girls no house but party a lot). Obviously the upper houses are always the best and after you get to pi phi/aopi and sdt not many guys wanna pair with them. DG is for sure higher the pi phi

SK is above axid! not tied.. but then i think axid starts off the like next grouping of houses and is like gphi ish then piphi-dg then everything else irrelevant
