alright boys and girls whoever the incompetent people are that wrote the last two sets of rankings. heres the new one. i think theres enough of a difference to rank by number not tier for our greek life. Before you read these I'm not in a sorority that I ranked top five but I've been here for three years, I have seen enough to know. I love my house and you should to, you ended up there for a reason. Strive to make your chapters better. My favorite quote "Your letters don't make you, you make your letters".

very accurate list. every fraternity/sorority can get better, it may not be in one year, maybe not even in two, but if you recruit the right leaders your chapter can grow tremendously. a couple of the chapters on this list I can say were not as high as they were when I first came here, but they slowly became better. You'd be surprised what two cycles of recruitment can do for a chapter.

Snu and Delt Sigs should be swapped. Snu has better guys, a better relationship with the top sororities and a better house location

the reason SNU has a better relationship with top sororities is mostly because of their house location not because they have better quality guys

Says every single top tier fraternity and majority of the middle tier fraternities who have one on ones with them. Phi and Chi O are always fighting for the top spot but phi has always taken it in mine and a lot of other peoples opinions for the last 3 years atleast.

Because of the quality of their guys and their relations with sororities. If the house you have played such a huge part in ranking then Psi U would be top tier

^ you are delusional if you think the quality of guys in SAE is above Delt Sig and SNU. SAE is riddled with weirdos that didn't get bids from other houses. Sure, they have their A-Team of good looking, social guys. But their B-Team is a bunch of kids that didn't get bids or got dropped from Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji, Snu, Delt Sig, and Lambda. And this is a fact. Ask any guy in that list of houses I just mentioned.

the point I was making was not about the quality of the house. I was referring to having a house in the first place. much of what a fraternity does (tailgates, parties, PLEDGE TERM, philanthropy events) occurs at a house which you haven't had. Oh wait I totally forgot your pledge term is like a day. My bad totally forgot..
