Fines for not living in ?

let’s say hypothetically i signed a lease and don’t live in the house, could i be fined and if so how much ?

Depends on the circumstances if you genuinely signed a lease before joining the sorority I doubt they’ll fine you for not being able to live in cuz it’s out of your control
