Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Alpha Chi Omega
Kappa Alpha Theta
Only fraternities that matter to the top tier sororities:
Pi Kappa Alpha
Sigma Chi
Sigma Nu
FIJI
SAE
Any other house on campus is middle tier or bottom tier. You can still get the greek life experience in other houses but it's just not the same as being in a top tier house. I challenge anyone to tell me otherwise. Good day.

I don't respect guidos, fraternities without pledge terms, or tryhards. Guess that makes 3 out of those 5 complete jokes in my eyes. Lol good god. I don't think all the bones at this school understand what it means to be a top tier house. Proclaiming you are top doesn't work.

Phi, Chi O, Kappa and AXO have multiple socials/tailgates with those 5 houses. Yeah, top tier houses may occasionally have one on ones with middle tier fraternities but they only use it as a pregame to go to one of the top 5 houses. I love how middle tier fraternities have one social with a top tier sorority a semester and think that they "hangout" with them. If "not respecting" a house makes you feel better about the fact that they are constantly partying with hot top tier girls, then do so… i feel bad for you son

This post is brutally honest, which i like. People need to consider the fact that guys can only check out a small amount of houses during rush, so they aren't able to get a feel for every house. And sure you should pick a house based on how you fit in, and not on ranks; but this helps in the situation in which someone gets a bid from 2 fraternities, in different tiers, they equally feel they fit in at

no fraternity "proclaims" they are top tier and all of sudden are considered top tier. if that was the case i'm sure a lot more fraternities would be top tier. top tier fraternities are determined by the sororities that hang out with them/who they constantly have socials with. hate on SAE for not having a pledge term, hate on SNU for being "guides" and hate on FIJI for being "try hards" but they have more socials with top tier sororities than your middle tier house ever will. phi, kappa, chi o, axo and theta seem to always go to those top 5 houses listed… i don't think they would keep going back if they were disappointed.
