which house?

I am from out of state and I have a couple of buddies at school here. I was was wondering where I should rush, I hear that Fiji, Delt Sigs and Sig Ep are some good houses with some great quality brothers. I am not only looking to party, I am really interested in a strong brotherhood as well. Is it a fair statement to say that these houses take this principle seriously?

All three are quality houses with a great brotherhood aspect. Check em all out and find out for yourself. That will go way further than any advice you'll get on here.

All of the houses mentioned (including DeltSig) are strong houses in MSU's Greek community. As stated above, if you're interested in going Greek, you should definitely check out as many houses as you can and see which on feels like the best fit for you.

The one time i went to a sig ep party they were playing "pop, lock and drop it" and all the guys were standing around being awkward. Safe to say i've never gone back.

FIJI does not have a strong brotherhood and all the houses you mentioned are definitely worth checking out but you should check out psi upsilon if you want a house of good brotherhood and gentlemen. check out as many houses as you possibly can and you will get a good idea of where you belong

If you want a good brotherhood, don't go with Fiji, they're probably the least focused on that as a fraternity. But they do party hard. I would go with Delt Sigs, Sig Ep, or Psi U because those 3 houses give a damn about each other.

If you want brotherhood join a smaller house if you want to rage join a big one

This kid gets it. But don't count out the brotherhood some bigger houses have. Pike, Sigma Chi, Delt Sig, Sig Ep, and Psi U are all bigger houses and all have good brotherhoods. Fiji and Lambda are big houses too but don't have a very tight brotherhood.

Lambda has a great brotherhood, easily one of the best on campus. Not even comparable to Fiji in that aspect.

people bashing fiji saying they have no brotherhood are literally so dumb. I don't know where people are getting this from at all. Seniors and freshman in fiji have close relationships as well as everybody in-between. You want to talk about no brotherhood? I guess nobody has heard of two Pikes getting into a fight with each other in a Miami bar and not even realizing they were in the same fraternity. Middle tier fraternities: quit trying to find random excuses to bash on better ones because you suck.
