I feel like it changes every year for most frats and sororities, with every pledge class, sometimes even every semester.
I'm a senior now and the only houses I can think of who have had a pretty solid relationship over the last 4 years would be Phi and Pike, Pi phi and Sigma pi and maybe SK and Theta chi
