why do houses like phi, chi O, kkg, and axo only party with sig chi and pike. what about the other houses?

All these houses have 1 0n 1s with a decent amount of other fraternities. But sig chi and pike are the two most popular houses amongst girls so they end up going their when pike or sig chi throws a random party

also these girls will often end up at these houses by the end of the night no matter who they have a one on one with

The houses you'll most likely see top girls at are top houses. I would include FIJI, Snu and any SAE annex along with Pike for sure and Sig Chi. Especially because those are all the houses with good locations. Harrison houses, Delt sigs, sig ep and dchi are all in bfe
