Tier 3- D Chi, Sig Eps, Lambda, ATO
Tier 4- Psi U, Sigma Pi
Tier 5- Every other irrelevant house


Sororities

Tier 1- Phi, Chi O
Tier 2- AXO, KKG
Tier 3- Theta, ZTA, KD, SK
Tier 4- AXID, G Phi
Tier 5- Pi Phi, DG
Tier 6- Aopi, SDT

Houses in each tier are similar if not equivalent in stature and reputation.\n\n\n\n\n

Can someone just explain to me? Last year in the fall ATO was considered a top house. Now they are barely mentioned expect for this post. What happened to their chapter?

ATO is a joke. They don't do anything constructive in the Greek community, their participation in Greek week is lame and they have a reputation for doing some questionable activities. The only reason they still exist is because they live on MAC.

lambda continually self ranks this website and for some reason believes they're in the same tier as sigma chi and pike. you are not even close, and you aren't even in the same tier as a few other fraternities, i would consider you a number 7 or 8 fraternity, most women in sororities would agree

This is the most accurate ranking I've seen on this site. The tiers are what matters. You can always make the argument for houses being above others in their tier and that's just based on preference. Pike and Sigma Chi are very close in popularity. Just behind them are SNU and Fiji but I do agree Delt Sig and SAE are in tier 2 as well. Delt Sig has risen the ranks this year and SAE finally has a house they can party in. I think D Chi and ATO are very similar (D Chi has a nicer house) and Sig Ep and Lambda are strong houses on campus but definitely tier 3.

Delt Sigs down one you almost never see them
at tier one date functions and their big tailgates, closed rush etc are with upper mid tier houses. Otherwise yeah this is good. Houses in the same line are comparable
