Fraternities
Tier 1- Pike, Sig Chi
Tier 2- SNU, FIJI, Delt Sigs, SAE
Tier 3- D Chi, Sig Eps, Lambda, ATO
Tier 4- Psi U, Sigma Pi
Tier 5- Every other irrelevant house
Sororities
Tier 1- Phi, Chi O
Tier 2- AXO, KKG
Tier 3- Theta, ZTA, KD, SK
Tier 4- AXID, G Phi
Tier 5- Pi Phi, DG
Tier 6- Aopi, SDT
Houses in each tier are similar if not equivalent in stature and reputation.\n\n\n\n\n

Pretty accurate.
You could mix tier2 and tier 3 for the sororities. Not much difference in those. Theta and AXO could swap and so could KD zeta and KKG.
Move lambda up. Even though other frats don't like them, they are better than that tier rep wise and are way different. Maybe Delt Sigs and snu down based on the type of guys in the house (similar to ATO DChi) not rep.

SAE needs to pump the breaks. They're going to be a solid house but they don't even have a house yet which means they haven't actually hosted 1 on 1s, tailgates, or housed their brothers yet. Get back to me this time next year and discuss how SAE is doing. It's irrelevant right now.
Move SAE down to tier 3, move D Chi and ATO down to tier 4, I would move Lambda up. They have horrible relations with other fraternities (but getting better with Sig Ep and Delt Sig), but they have great sorority relations.
So revised:
Tier 1: Pike, Sigma Chi
Tier 2: Fiji, Snu, Delt Sig, Lambda
Tier 3: Sig Ep, SAE
Tier 4: Psi U, Sigma Pi, D Chi, ATO

Lambda is def not Tier 2 and there is almost no difference between Sig Eps and Delt Sigs

The sae house is going to have a live in advisor... Have fun with that and lambda is about to lose saes house and move to dekes awful house on the other side of Campus there is no way that is going to help them at all.

This is spot on. Rankings should mostly be based off the looks and social skills of brothers as well as their rep with sororities. Putting brotherhood into the equation is tough because the actual brothers in a fraternity are the only ones who can attest to their chapters brotherhood.

Completely agree. sorority relations matter a lot but also general reputation as a respectable house with high standards. Based on that, id probably switch Snu and Lambda and you are good. These 9 fraternities are the most relevant.

Thank you lambda chi. I really think you boys don't get how bad you are going to suffer without a good house on Harrison. You actually have to compete with some real houses at the other end of campus

I have no idea why people think Lamda is on the same level as Fiji, Snu, or SAE. National rep has nothing to do with an individual chapter's rating at their university, while having a strong national rep helps with funding it does nothing towards a fraternities rep with sororities. Also Lamda's 3 on 3 with Sig Ep and Delt sigs shows that they're on the same level as those houses, which is firmly in the middle tier

to reality check: learn how to spell the fraternity's name you're going to criticize that way you look way less ignorant. Lambda will be fine at the new house, they recruit similar to Fiji just less book smart more athletic. SAE has been living on this site since Nam so let's hope they can back up their words on Harrison next year. Watch Psi U will become the top house on there lol

Lambda aren't irrelevant at all. lol I know guys hate them but they are a good house. Top tier sororities like them a lot. One of the few normal fraternities on campus.

Due to the huge disparity in the quality in frats I can see how someone can say any frat outside of the top 5 are irrelevant. Lamda, Sig Ep, and houses similar to them shouldn't even be mentioned alongside frats like sig chi, pike, and the other top tier houses

If you knew what kind of guys are in Fiji, , Lambda, SAE, Sig Ep or Delt sig, there is not much of a difference between them and the other top tiers. Pike has higher numbers I'll give them that. But quality wise it's not too far off. Probably 3 of those are better than snu right now.

Maybe but sig ep was on Harrison too and they were considered tier one/top of middle tier before losing their house.

sig ep did well on harrison when msu put freshman in brody. its not going to be a freshman neighborhood anymore. sorry.

Clearly someone trolling to try to get others to talk smack about Lambda and Delt Sigs.
This is it, SAE has good relations with top houses and even though the other Harrison frats lack, their house will confirm them as a strong chapter on campus.
