SAE has potential but I wouldn't put them that high up until they get a house. Snu is on the same level as Fiji, maybe even higher, considering their past reputation and the fact they still have big social events with top sororities.
It goes,
Pike/Sig chi
SNU/Fiji (SAE would be here once they have a house)
Delt sig/ Sig Ep/Lambda
Dchi/Sigma Pi
Psi U
It's sad there are barely 10 decent fraternities at MSU and 12 solid sororities.

Pike Sigma Chi Fiji Lambda Chi SAE - Similar houses, White, conservative, typical fraternity guys .
SNU Delt Sigs Sig Ep DChi - Diverse, animal house, alternative but good.
All those houses do well/ have multiple closed events with top sororities. You could debate all day about who is better for one reason or another but the differences are have started to minimize within those two groups.

^ Nailed it. The fraternities (and sororities) have stepped it up i think. It's starting to even out. Fraternities have different personalities, but there are actually a decent amount of good ones now. Greek life is stronger than it's been in a while in spite of the lack of school support.
