perfect fraternity

From nearly a year of reading posts and comments on this site, one thing that has become obvious to me is the belief that UMich and other B1G Fraternities are superior to their MSU counterparts. This led me to wonder: If a new one was established on campus, what would make it the ideal fraternity? For guys, what qualities would make you want to rush it? For girls, what would encourage you to go to 1-on-1s, tailgates and other events with them?

It is so frustrating to go to 1-on-1s where the guys are so drunk you can't even hold a conversation with them. I would be more encouraged to go to events with a fraternity if the guys were at least sober enough to remember their own name.

There needs to be a greater sense of unity in the greek community, especially in terms of non-social events. Greek life isn't all about partying.

I always have way more fun at 1 on 1's when the guys actually make an effort to talk to the girls and look like they're having fun opposed to them only talking to other guys in the house.
