Some houses do things their own way. Yea they aren't a big fraternity but I don't think they want to be. Worry about your own house.

Well technically SAE own's Lambda's house. They rented it to them whey they (SAE) got kicked off back in '09 for hazing. Looks like that lease is about to expire. As for Dekes, I almost feel sorry for those guys. They used to be a bigger house back when they lived on Bogue, which is now FIJI's house. Ace is right, they're the animal house. They focus more on partying than they do at recruiting, and just being a fraternity in general. Not saying they need to start wearing Brooks Bros and Sperry shoes, but for Christ sake, why join a fraternity if you aren't going to live up to the duties? Such a shame, considering they're one of the oldest and most respected fraternity in North America. This chapter gives their International's a bad name. Dekes should just leave campus and come back in 6 or 7 years with a clean slate. Let's face it, they've had a bad stigma for years and that's not going to go away unless they suspend their chapter and come back with a serious group of guys. Rant over.

DKE has probably about 2 good chapters in the country. They have a history but other than that never heard of them.

These guys are so down they're not even on the map. Wouldn't make a difference if they disappear
